Designed Cuisine, a personal chef and catering service "designs" and creates food for each client.  As in the impressionist painting by Cezanne that is our logo, food is "art" and is created with love, seasoned with flair and finished with brush strokes of a beautiful presentation.

Our personal chef service provides home-cooked meals for about the price you would pay at your favorite moderately-priced restaurant, but each entree or side dish is custom-designed to the client's specifications, something you will not necessarily find at your local eatery.

Our catering service specializes in smaller events (usually up to 125) so that we are able to personalize every detail and create a memorable occasion, be it a wedding, a buffet, a special dinner party or a romantic, intimate dinner for two.

What is a Personal Chef? 

A personal chef is a culinary professional who designs personalized culinary services for clients on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.  Unlike a "private chef" who provides culinary services to one client on a full-time basis, a personal chef has multiple clients.  Often a private chef is also a live-in employee, whereas the personal chef is an independent small business owner.

Catering

We can provide barbeque for 100 or pamper you and your guests for a special dinner.  Perhaps a personal touch on a bridal shower, baby shower or engagement party?  We offer cooking classes in your home for small or large groups, and the class can be interactive and "hands on" or a cooking demonstration with nutritional counseling.  We also offer catering for private parties, as well as birthday teas for the younger set.
